JOSH LIAN

Mr. Lian focuses primarily on underwriting new investments and dispositions, analyzing new tenant lease opportunities, supporting the investments and capital markets teams, and working with the asset management and corporate finance teams. Before joining Drawbridge, Mr. Lian was a key team member helping to develop and construct over 10 ground-up commercial buildings at Aralon Properties in San Francisco. Josh also worked as an architect at Perkins + Will, helping to design and win competitions for several international landmark buildings. Mr. Lian has a MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and studied architecture and real estate development at University of Southern California. During his education, Mr. Lian had two fun entrepreneurial adventures - developing robotically fabricated houses on water and building a real estate business intelligence data platform.
